I'm a yoga teacher, trainer, mom and a wife, raising our Czech-Mex kiddos in sunny San Diego. I'm at my happiest outdoors, barefoot, spending time with our kids, teaching them about the simple things in life and being happy. I always try to sneak in a workout or a yoga seshion, even just for few minutes, it makes me feel very content and energized. I found my calling in teaching yoga and group exercise anything from hard core workouts to vinyasa and prenatal classes. I created Body By Mags Home Workouts to fit into the modern day momlife, celebrating moving your body, feeling good and seeing results. What better prescription for happiness?
